How To Qualify For CRUFTS

Rottweilers are in Stud Book Band E. Therefore places in the following classes at Championship shows where Challenge Certificates are on offer will qualify you for CRUFTS as long as there are 3 or more dogs shown in the class.

First, Second or Third in Minor Puppy Class

First, Second or Third in Puppy Class

First, Second or Third in Junior Class

First, Second or Third in Yearling Class

First, Second or Third in Special Yearling Class

First, Second or Third in Post Graduate Class

First, Second or Third in Limit Class

First, Second or Third in Open Class

First, Second or Third in Veteran Class

Dogs also qualify if they are entered in the Kennel Club Stud Book.

To win a Stud Book Number, your dog must have Champion Status, or have won their Stud Book Number by winning a place in one of the following classes at a Championship Show where Challenge Certificates are on offer for the breed.

First, Second or Third in Limit Class

First, Second or Third in Open Class

Another way of qualifying is to win a Best Of Breed at a Premier Open Show where Rottweilers have 5 or more classes scheduled

You can also qualify by winning a Best In Show, Reserve Best In Show or Best Puppy In Show at a general or group open show.
